Community Conversation at Tunbridge Public Library

Past event
Mar 19, 2022, 3 to 4:30 PM

Community Conversations are designed to authentically engage us. We are providing space and time to discover and brainstorm how to best serve our youth during non-school hours. Over 20% of the children in Tunbridge attended the first session of our after school program. It was a major success! Now, we want to make it even better!

What wisdom do you hope children gain from living in our unique and rural communities?

What are you current challenges with child care availability?

What would you like to see in the library's afterschool program?

Chelsea and Tunbridge families and individuals of all ages are encouraged to attend. Childcare and refreshments from Randolph's Wit and Grit will be provided. The discoveries from this conversation will help determine how the library allocates a Libraries Transform Communities grant from The American Library Association.

If you cannot attend the session in person, on March 22nd we will hold a virtual conversation. Connect with the library for a link or check our website or Facebook page.
