2. Approval of minutes of January 24, 2022
3. The DRB is requested to designate the Use Category for Cannabis Cultivation per §206.A.16 - If a use does not fall within any of the above use categories, it may only be permitted after a written determination by the DRB that it is unlike any prohibited uses in the relevant district, and that it is consistent with one of the permittable categories in terms of its level of impact to community facilities and services, and its impact to the surrounding neighborhood. It shall then be treated under the provisions of the category in which the DRB has placed it.
Old business:
3. Smokin J's Barbeque & The 802 Lounge – Proposed restaurant in a 2,500 sq/ft space in the Gateway Commercial Retail district (GCR) which has a 4,000 sq/ft minimum size requirement. Per §215, Conditional Use Review by the DRB is required and per §507, a Variance is required because of the minimum size requirement.
