b. Review: SeeClickFix [background SeeClickFix can be used for non-emergency issues. Potholes, pavement depressions, sidewalk cracks & heaving, dumping, traffic light issues, street lamp issues, etc… can be reported.
SeeClickFix works by creating a report that is generated to staff for a solution. Please understand some items will require a more methodical approach. We will address the issue in a timely manner when we have an appropriate response. The app app is a community-driven communication tool and request management system that bridges the gap between residents and management to increase resident engagement and improve resident services. Engagement, Communication and Efficiency. Download the mobile app and report issues. Encourage residents to report issues directly. Follow issues in your area. Congratulate staff on resolved issues and a job well done. Promote the service through your social media networks.
The benefit for SeeClickFix over the "Citizen Feedback" is that we can track areas of the City that have "hotspots" for requests, and the public can see our progress on the request. ]

c. Cross walk by Dollar General (light had been installed)– (Dena)
d. NBM bus stop usage – Data report from Dena/Marichel/Hillary
Bern reports Bill Ahearn has negotiations going with the auto dealer, V-trans/city of Barre, for changes that will make the bus stop safer. Hope by spring.
Bill has also directed snow plows and sidewalk snowblowers to drag and clear all the snow around bus stops to make them accessible as corrections will not be doing it any more.
