Could you use some help getting food on the table?

The Heavenly Food Pantry, located at the First Congregational Church on Main Street in Essex Junction, will be distributing food to residents of Essex, Essex Junction and Westford this Thursday, February 24, from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Participating families in vehicles may use the Church Street entrance, preparing to show proof of residence, as well as identification for each household member, including children. After registering, cars will be ushered to a spot where food will be placed in vehicle trunks. Those without a vehicle and living near the Church may borrow a shopping cart to bring their food home. Any families needing assistance and not able to attend the pantry may call the Church office at 878-5745 between 9:00 a.m. and noon today through Thursday to leave your name, address and phone number where you can be reached. A follow up call to complete registration and arrange a delivery will be made on Thursday morning.

The next food distribution will be occurring on Monday, March 14, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
