The Safety Team Presents: Women's Empowerment Self-Defense Workshop Level 1

The Safety Team is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Safety Team's Women's Empowerment Self-Defense Workshops teach simple, powerful, and effective personal protection strategies that are easy to understand and remember. Participants learn how to recognize predatory behavior before it becomes a threat, diffuse it verbally, if possible, and apply effective physical self-defense techniques, if necessary.

Taught for women by women. All classes are LGBTQ-friendly.

All fitness levels are welcome! No prior experience is required! Open to women and girls 12 and up. (12-14-year-olds need to be accompanied by a female legal guardian)
