How are you doing this February? Ready to feel some heat and stretch out tight winter bodies?

There's a new yoga studio in Morrisville- 802 Hot Yoga, at 49 Bringham Street in Morrisville (where Kaplan's was, across from Power play sports) and I will be teaching Sunday classes there from 10:30-11:45am starting this Sunday the 20th.

It's a dynamic vinyasa flow class that will get you sweating and moving with more ease. Tailored to all ability levels.
