WOW Winter Tree ID Walk

Stick season can be a really hard time to identify trees. Join Women Owning Woodlands Vermont (WOW VT) for a walk at Hubbard Park in Montpelier on March 5th, 10AM – 12PM. We will learn how to identify trees using the three B's: branching pattern, buds and bark. The discussion will be led by Kate Forrer, Forester with UVM Extension and Andrea Shortsleeve, Wildlife Biologist with VT Fish & Wildlife.
WOW VT programs are tailored towards women and presented by women, but all are welcome to participate.

At all WOW VT in-person events we are taking measures to be COVID safe. We are limiting the tree ID walk to a maximum of 15 people, and are asking that everyone wear a mask.
