WOW Winter Tree ID Walk

Stick season can be a really hard time to identify trees. Join Women Owning Woodlands Vermont (WOW VT) for a walk at Buck Mountain in Waltham on February 26th, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM. We will learn how to identify trees using the three B's: branching pattern, buds and bark. The discussion will be led by Lisa Sausville, Executive Director of Vermont Coverts, and Caitlin Cusack, Forester with Vermont Land Trust. WOW VT programs are tailored towards women and presented by women, but all are welcome to participate.

At all WOW VT in-person events we are taking measures to be COVID safe. We are limiting the tree ID walk to a maximum of 15 people, and are asking that everyone wear a mask.
