Adaptive Dance is inclusive of all students with diverse brains and bodies, and anyone who identifies as having a disability. If you're looking for a class where you can truly be yourself, then this class is for you! Instruction will be tailored to meet individual needs and interests. In this class session, we will explore a variety of styles, including jazz, contemporary, ballet, and creative improvisation. Students will become familiar with many styles of dance while making friends in a fun, supportive environment. All ages are welcome, and no experience is necessary!

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and of course wear a mask. We look forward to dancing with you.

Classes will meet from 5-6pm on Mondays (March 7, 14, 21, 28)
