Adaptive dance is inclusive of all students with diverse brains and bodies! This class is open to young dancers ages 4+
In this class, we'll explore a variety of styles including ballet, contemporary, and creative movement. Instruction will be tailored to support individual needs. These classes are open to anyone who identifies as having a disability, no experience necessary! Group size will be kept small and COVID guidelines will be followed.
When: Thursdays, 3:45-4:45
Where: The Yoga Lab studio in Montpelier
Cost: Sliding scale, $15-20 per class
