Adaptive dance is inclusive of all students with diverse brains and bodies! In this class, we'll explore a variety of styles ranging from contemporary and creative movement to social dance. Instruction will be tailored to support individual needs. These classes are open to anyone who identifies as having a disability, no experience necessary! Group size will be kept small and COVID guidelines will be followed.
When: Wednesdays, 3:45-4:45
Where: The Yoga Lab studio in Montpelier
Cost: Sliding scale, $15-20 per class
