Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter, welcomes all individuals to the Newport Caregivers Support Group who are caring for someone with dementia. This monthly meeting is offered every 4th Tuesday of the month. For the health of all participants, we will meet via ZOOM (link can be emailed to you upon request). Be assured - conversation is informal, & confidential. We can provide you the support and information you may be seeking. No obligation!
NOTE: Meg Burmeister, NEK Counsel on Aging, will launch the meeting with a 15 -20 minute discussion explaining eligibility of "Choices for Care", a program for financial and long-term services/ support for people needing in-home care.
