The Town of Pawlet is pleased to announce that we have received a Municipal Planning Grant for 2022. The grant will be used to work on a master plan for the West Pawlet Village Center. This plan will focus on issues of housing, wastewater, recreation (the Rail Trail), and economic vitality in West Pawlet.

At this initial committee meeting, the committee will be working on a Request for Proposals, the first step in hiring a firm that will help us with the planning process. The public is welcome to attend and share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns during the public comment section of the meeting.

There will be many other opportunities for public engagement as well as the work on this grant progresses.
