The design of a pocket park at Center Rutland Falls (Mead's Falls) along Otter Creek is in its final phases. Now we'd like to hear your thoughts!

So far the ideas for enhancing the area's recreational opportunities include a trail system, picnic areas, overlooks, additional parking, and a boat launch for non-motorized craft. To highlight the falls' storied history, there are suggestions for more historical signs and a kiosk (with a web link and mobile app to a historical virtual tour).
