Feb 6, 4-5pm: Myths & Realities of Attunement & Attachment
(Hannah Bloom, MOTR/L)
Attunement and attachment is a process that we continue to be present in throughout parenting, it is not a static goal that can be achieved. Learn ways we continue to find attunement & attachment through different stages of our children's development.

Feb 13, 4-5pm: Owning & Understanding Your Own Brain Rules vs. World Rules
(Melissa Houser, M.D.)
A "Brain Rule" is something you tell yourself is objective truth, but is actually not. Often, our Brain Rules come from someone else (i.e our parents) & get hard-wired through decades of repetition. Learning to distinguish Brain Rules vs. World Rules can transform your relationship with children, partners, & oneself.

Feb 20, 4-5pm: Tuning In: Recognizing Stress Responses in Ourselves & Others
(Amy LePage, Somatic Movement & Therapeutic Yoga expert)
Often our reactions to stress happen so quickly that we don't notice the clues of what is happening. Learn strategies for noticing how our bodies respond to everyday events & interactions. Once we build awareness of our stress clues, we can better regulate & co-regulate.
