Now entering our 2nd month of exclusive focus on planning, this week's Planning Commission meeting will cover 3 topics:
1) Compliance with Open Meeting Law requirements (refresher)
2) Consider draft amendments to the Charlotte Land Use Regulations re: telecommunications facilities and renewable energy facilities permitting, road access for on-farm accessory businesses and multi-family housing review standards in Conditional Use reviews
3) Implementation Action Plan for 2019 Charlotte Town Plan - next steps, work plan
To reduce exposure risks during this phase of the pandemic, the Commission decided to conduct its meetings online-only at this time, via Zoom. The meeting agenda is posted under the meeting date on the town website "Meeting Calendar and Agendas" page, and includes the Zoom login details. Residents are welcome to join.
