If you've joined the Waterbury Public Library's online presentation in the last year, you may remember Pop-culture historian, sports writer and author Martin Gitlin. He is back again with "A Celebration of Animation" via the magic of Zoom on Tuesday, February 15th at 6:30 PM. Perhaps you grew up with Bugs Bunny and Popeye or maybe you are in the SpongeBob SquarePants era- no matter, there is a cartoon character to pique your interest and take a trip down memory lane with. Author of "A Celebration of Animation: The 100 Greatest Cartoon Characters in Television History," Gitlin will present a host of characters from Mickey Mouse to Scooby Doo with commentary.
