This week the School Board will be interviewing finalists for our next superintendent. As part of this process, the Board will host an interview with each candidate and broadcast it on YouTube. Anyone who watches an interview can fill out a 5-minute survey to offer their input for the Board to review before it makes its final decision.
Each interview will be about 30 minutes. Interview questions have been developed from the community meetings that were held in November and will aim to be of particular interest to staff, students and parents.
The interviews and surveys will be up on YouTube for two evenings – from 6PM on Tuesday, February 1 until midnight on Wednesday, February 2. We acknowledge that this is a short timeline, so please mark your calendars if you would like to participate.
Community members can watch one or all of the interviews and fill out a survey for each candidate they watch. The Board will be meeting on Thursday, February 3 in executive session to identify its choice for the district's next superintendent.
