K9 Nosework - Activity for You & Your Dog!

On Saturday, June 29, 9 am - 4 pm, Jill Marie O'Brien, one of the founders of K9 Nosework, will be in Middlebury to teach an introductory course in what K9 nosework is, how it helps bond dogs & their owners, she will demonstrate a dog's innate ability to 'find' using various odors such as birch, anise, and clove. There will be indoor searches with boxes, indoor searches in rooms, outdoor searches with vehicles, and outdoor searches of buildings taught to attendees.

This sport is growing by leaps and bounds across the country and a group in Middlebury would be fantastic!
