7:20 p.m. Warrants and Minutes: Review/Approve current warrants and the Selectboard minutes from the January 6, 12, 13, and 20th meetings.

7:30 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule, the next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting will be Thursday, February 10, 2022. Town Meeting Public Informational Hearing will be on February 24, 2022.

7:35 p.m. Executive Session: 1 V.S.A. Section 313(a)(3) The appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee and 1 V.S.A. Section 313(a)(1)(A) contract discussion
