INFORMATION MEETING
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ELMORE TOWN HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE FACILITY
FEBRUARY 3, 2022

The legal voters of the Town of Elmore are hereby notified and warned to attend an information meeting regarding the purchase of land and construction of a new Elmore Town Highway Maintenance Facility.

The Elmore Select Board will hold a public informational hearing in person and by electronic means to discuss the following article. Meeting information is below:

Meeting to take place on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 6:00pm at the Elmore United Methodist Church and by Zoom as follows:

A second information meeting will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at the same location and time. Content of both meetings is identical, and both will be recorded and made available on Elmore's website (www.elmorevt.org).

ARTICLE 4: Shall the voters authorize the purchase of land and the construction of a new Town Highway Maintenance Facility, in an amount not to exceed $2.5 million to be financed over a period not to exceed 30 years. Financing to be determined by the Selectboard at a later date.

The vote by Australian ballot has been warned and voting will take place on
March 1, 2022, as follows:
