I. Call to Order: 7:00 P.M.
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.
II. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)
III. Department Head Roundtable. (5 min. per person)
IV. Regular Business.
1. Interviews and potential appointment of candidates to a newly-formed ARPA Funding Advisory Committee. May include deliberation in executive session. (+/- 30 min.)
2. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding update. (+/- 10 min.)
3. Review of draft Capital Improvement Plan and allocations to capital reserve funds. (+/- 30 min.)
4. Review and adoption of the proposed FY2023 budget, including potential use of some of the undesignated fund balance. (+/- 30 min.)
5. Finalize and approve the Town Meeting and Police District annual meeting warnings. (+/-15 min.)
6. Consider request to purchase NEMRC Fixed Assets Module using the Technology Reserve Fund. (+/- 5 min.)
7. Consider writing a letter to the Bristol legislative delegation to express opposition to the redistricting proposal. (+/- 10 min.)
8. Review and approval of the August 23, September 13, and December 13, December 20, 2021, and January 3, January 10, and January 17, 2022 meeting minutes.
9. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses. (+/- 5 min.)
10. Selectboard roundtable. (+/- 10 min.)
11. Town Administrator's report. (+/- 5 min.)
V. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received. (+/- 5 min.)
VI. Executive Session – tentative: personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).
VII. Adjourn.
