Tuesdays: 1-2 p.m. (Please make arrangements by Monday 1PM)
Thursdays: 5-6 p.m. (Please make arrangements by Wed. 1PM)
Saturdays: 10-11 a.m. (Please make arrangements by Friday 1PM)

Q: How do I make arrangements for curbside pick-up?
A: You have 3 options: Call us, or email us, or place a hold through the library catalogue. Search the library catalogue by visiting moorefreelibrary.org to place holds. You will need your patron number or password. If you prefer to call us, leave a message with your name along with the books/DVDs you would like to borrow. Leave your call back number.

Q: I don't know my library account number.
A: No problem. Call us at 802.365.7948 or email moorefreelibrary@gmail.com. We are ready to help.

Q: How do I know you got my message?
A: Once the items are charged to your library account, we will communicate with you when your items are ready.

Q: I have many books to return. What do I do with them while the library is closed?
A: The library is closed to the public. Please continue to return your items in the book drop.

Q: I can't do curbside pick-up. What are my options?
A: You may access items online (ebooks and audiobooks) or ask for home delivery.
Access an e-book or audiobook: Visit moorefreelibrary.org/online-resources. All library card numbers begin with 2V6SD00000 followed by a 4-digit patron number. Call us at 802.365.7948 or email moorefreelibrary@gmail.com if you encounter problems. Home delivery is arranged via phone or email. Our delivery schedule is flexible to meet your needs.
