What: An equity audit is a study of the fairness of an institution's policies, programs and practices. In order to get a better idea of the state of equity at OSSU we are forming a group of district stakeholders—staff, administration, faculty, students, parents and community members—to fill out the Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium's Equity Audit. The audit will be presented to volunteers as a google form or paper copy where the participant answers each question by choosing a number on a scale of 0-3.

This survey is very detailed, and as part of our focus on equity, participants are being offered hourly reimbursement for time spent on the survey. More details about the compensation will be laid out during this introductory meeting. We anticipate the time commitment to be 2-5 hours over the course of a month, with no meeting times required.
