3. R & B Tiny Tikes Daycare – Homebased licensed daycare located at 2791 Stock Farm Rd. proposed by Robert & Bobbi-Sue Farrington. Per §217, Conditional Use review by the DRB is required.
4. Smokin J's Barbeque & The 802 Lounge – Proposed restaurant in a 2,500 sq/ft space in the Gateway Commercial Retail district (GCR) which has a 4,000 sq/ft minimum size requirement. Per §215, Conditional Use Review by the DRB is required and per §507, a Variance is required because of the minimum size requirement.
