Please consider attending the Vermont Homelessness Awareness Day Walk and Vigil in Morrisville this Thursday. In addition to marching in solidarity with our unhoused neighbors, we will take a moment to honor the 53 lives lost due to homelessness in Vermont over the past year.
Event Description:
Join LVHHC in our annual Homelessness Awareness Day Walk. We will meet at the Manosh Complex (120 Northgate Plaza, Morrisville) and walk together to the Oxbow where speakers from service agencies, local government, and people with lived experience will share their thoughts on homelessness in Lamoille County. We will serve hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks. Dress for cold weather, bring protest signs, and join us in bringing awareness to this issue! Masks are strongly encouraged.
