Getting Started on Your Family History

Do you want to start researching your family history but you aren't sure how, or where, to start? Or have you started but you are not sure if you are going about it correctly? Join us for this class where Lynn Johnson will explain the value of different types of sources, evaluating whether the pieces fit, and the importance of documenting your findings. Using examples from her own family work she will also go over the kinds of records you will want to look for, where to find them, common errors, and helpful hints. Handouts will be included.
