Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board is holding its meetings via Zoom, though Town Hall will be open and staffed for in-person participation, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:00 PM Call to Order, Welcoming Guests, Amendments to the Agenda

5:04 Deciding whether to enact the provisions of S. 172 by holding the March 1, 2022 Annual Town Meeting by Australian ballot OR to move the date of Town Meeting to later in 2022. Also, whether to send all Middlesex voting households postcards informing them of changes. Action likely.

5:15 Should the above pass and the Board decides to hold Town Meeting by Australian Ballot, discussion about whether to proactively mail the Town ballot to all active, registered voters. Action likely.

5:25 Whether to mail the March 1, 2022 WCUUSD ballot to all active registered Town voters. Action likely.

5:35 Setting a date within 10 days of the March 1, 2022 Town Meeting, as required by statute, to hold an informational meeting via Zoom, should the Board decide to enact S. 172. Action likely.

5:45 Approving the March 1, 2022 Town Meeting Warning. Action likely.

6:00 Regular joint monthly meeting with the MVFD. Action unlikely.

6:20 Treasurer's Report: Updates of Town finances. Action possible

6:30 Highway Department Report: Update of Town road conditions/issues. Action possible.

6:45 Reviewing the proposed "Procedure for Town of Middlesex, and its Residents, Access to the Rumney Memorial School Pursuant to Easement" that would require the above to submit Building Use Forms to the Principal for approval before accessing Rumney Memorial School. Action possible. *NOTE* - this portion of the meeting may require the Board to enter Executive Session under 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1).

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the January 4 and 11, 2022 Select Board meetings. Action likely.
- Jane Dudley's resignation from the Wrightsville Recreation District Board. Action likely
- Review and approval of the 2021 Select Board Report. Action likely
- Considering moving Select Board meeting dates effective March 1, 2022. Action likely.
