1. Designation of the official polling place for Town Meeting
2. Does the BCA want to authorize use of the tabulator for Town Meeting? 17 VSA §2491
3. Does the BCA want to authorize an outdoor polling place? 17 VSA §2502
4. Does the BCA want to authorize use of the secure ballot drop box until the close of polls on election day? Otherwise we have to close off the drop box at the close of business (noon) on the day before the election. 17 VSA §2543a
5. Does the BCA want to authorize the processing of ballots through the tabulator before election day? By the clerk/election officials: 17 VSA §2546a By the voter: 17 VSA §2546b
6. General discussion of other election procedures as time allows
