a. Ballot measure for March 1, 2022, requesting approval from the voters to issue general obligation bonds or notes for the purpose of financing the cost of improvements to the City's wastewater collection system and treatment facility *
b. Adoption of Declaration of Official Intent and Necessity Resolution Certificate*
c. Ballot measure for March 1, 2022, requesting approval from the voters to authorize the City to exchange land with the Addison Northwest School District, conveying to the school district 280 square feet of land located at the easterly corner of the basketball court/rink property at Veterans Memorial Park and receiving by conveyance back from the school district, 280 square feet of land at the northerly corner of the basketball court/rink property at Veterans Memorial Park.
d. Amend Policy Regarding Conflicts of Interest and Ethical Conduct (unanimously adopted by the City Council 4/13/21), per a request from the Development Review Board and Planning Commission **
e. Discussion about Winter Parking Ban ***
f. Discussion re: Ferrisburgh Fire Service Contract ***
g. Appointment of two designees to the Regional Emergency Management Committee (Addison County Regional Planning Commission) *
h. Request from the Development Review Board to:
i. Appoint Lowell Bertrand as an alternate member of the Development Review Board. *

§ 15-26. Sales, etc.
(a) All sales, leases, or grants of any real estate belonging to the City shall be signed by the Mayor thereof, and sealed with the City Seal, and any conveyance so executed, if approved by a meeting of the citizens of the City legally assembled, and recorded in the records of the town where the lands so sold, leased, or granted lie, shall be good and effectual in law to convey the estate intended to be conveyed by such sale, lease, or grant.
