Come join me meditating at the Charlotte Senior Center on Friday from 7:30 and 8:30am. No experience . Walk-ins welcome! The class will feature a short talk about the whats and whys of meditation followed by some simple breathing exercises. Then I'll lead everyone in a guided mediation where we'll sit quietly with eyes closed for a time. If you're interested in the class, but can't make it Friday, contact me for the Zoom recording.
