Want to responsibly recycle your Christmas tree AND help support the CVU Music Students?
The CVU Band program students will be picking up Christmas trees in Shelburne and big neighborhoods in Hinesburg for a $10 donation on Saturday, January 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
All you have to do is write a check made out to: "CVU Music", put it in an envelope and plastic baggie, and attach it to your tree! Put your tree by the curb on the 8th in the morning (preferably before 9) and CVU music students will come by to
pick up your tree! (Condos and Apartments - leave at entrance of your development)
All profits will be used to defray some of the cost of the Band trip to Hawaii in February. The trees will be fed to the CVU goats, and the leftovers will be chipped.
Date: Saturday, January 8 - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $10 check made out to "CVU Music"
You do not need to call ahead of time... just leave your tree on the curb – but if you think we missed you, please call (802) 373-6636 if we haven't picked up your tree by 2:30!
