The Calais Development Review Board (DRB) will meet to review a subdivision application on Bayne Camolli Road. The applicant, CKC Holdings, LLC, proposes to subdivide 69.6 acres of land into 4 lots - including 3 lots of approximately 4 acres each and accessed by a shared driveway, and one lot of approximately 58 acres to be owned in common.

At this meeting, the DRB will review the plan in concept only, in order to identify any concerns and to determine information the DRB will need for a more formal review under Table 2.2 (rural residential district standards), Section 5.3 (conditional use review) and Article 6 (subdivision review) of the Calais Zoning Regulations. The purpose of the meeting is to identify potential issues before the applicant has invested in final engineering, surveying and design of the proposal.

Interested people will be given an opportunity to raise issues or concerns. You may attend the meeting in person or via zoom. We are in the process of setting up a zoom link and will post it when available.
