AND

Flow, Strength & Conditioning w/Ryan Miller: Thursdays 7pm
Flow, Strength & Conditioning is an exploration of breath entrainment with physical movement. This class uses strength and agility building exercises to challenge both the body and the breath. Through a deeper understanding of breathing as it relates to movement and work, this training increases lung capacity and greatly improves stamina by proper breathing alone. While breathing is a main focus of the work, physical strength is greatly developed through the practice of functional movement. This class also explores joint mobility, and greatly increases the strength of ligaments and tendons creating more stable and stronger joints. This class is a great accompaniment to improve stamina and efficiency of movement for any practice including yoga, Martial Arts, running or any sport.
