A program to overcome emotional eating, manage weight and cultivate presence. Transform your relationship with food as you learn to listen to your body's innate wisdom. Together we practice joyfully feeding ourselves, learn to identify hunger and satiation signals, improve your body composition, resolve compulsive and emotional eating and integrate self care practices that empower you to take charge of your health, and have more energy for the things you love.
