Join Judi Byron for a Special Holiday Family Program for Baby, Toddler and Preschooler and their parents and caregivers, Thursday, December 30th at 11:30 AM in the SAL room of the Waterbury Library. Judi will have her big harp present to ring in the New Year with winter-themed and festive songs. Sing, play rhythm instruments and groove to the music with Jubal Harp & Song. No need to register.
