The COVID testing at Caledonia Home Health Care and Hospice will be different on Thursday, 12/23. This testing date is by appointment only and runs from 10:00am - 6:00 pm. Instead of testing at the location, you will be picking up a free, over the counter take home test to administer at home. Schedule your appointment through the VT Dept. of Health online at https://vermont.force.com/events/s/selfregistration or by calling the VDH COVID-19 call center at (802) 863-7240.
