Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board will be holding its meetings via Zoom at least through the end of 2021, though Town Hall will be open and staffed for in-person participation, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:03 FY23 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Reviewing progress in the 2022-2023 municipal budget. Considering impacts of various potential COLA increases for Town employees. Fine tuning department requests. Budget Committee to attend. Action possible.

5:30 Treasurer Report: updates on Town finances and other financial issues. Action possible.

5:45 Highway Report: updates on Town highways. Action unlikely.

Joint Meeting with the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department

Discussing the future structure of the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department with the MVFD. Considering whether a question to form a municipal fire department should be put before the voters at the March 1, 2022 Town Meeting. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the December 7, 2021 Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Renewing Certificate of Approval for the Location of the Bolduc Salvage Yard. Action likely.
- Discussing continued use of Rumney School as allowed per the Town's 2019 easement. Action possible.
- Brief update on 28 Rich Road FEMA buyout. Action unlikely.
- Correspondence – verbal complaints about animals in the Brook Road. Action possible.
