Saddle up community because tonight's burger is one for the Cowboys.

We will be serving a 6oz Pine Ledge Farm beef burger served on a toasted Bread from the Earth bun with caramelized yellow onions cooked in a sweet southern heat BBQ sauce. Each burger will also have 5 Generations cheddar cheese melted on the top and local Black River bacon. Allwinds Farm provides the beautiful lettuces.

Vegetarian option available.

The side will be fried potatoes from local potato farmer Stewart Harris who has recently passed to join his wife.
