To get that steaming figgy pudding out of the oven and off your clothes you definitely need a great apron and potholders. So the Friends of the Library thought it would be fun to have a pop-up sale of Friends merchandise (aprons, potholders, onesies, totes and THE recipe book) together with a bit of crafting. Join us at the Library on Saturday, 12/11/21 for hot cocoa, cookies and pomander ball making. Pomander balls are oranges decorated as you wish with whole cloves tied with a ribbon for hanging. They are fragrant as the oranges dries and the cloves perfume - a very Christmas-y smell - bring your children to give you a hand piercing the oranges with a bamboo skewer and placing the cloves in your design - it will be fun and sticky fingered and you can cross some people off your list with a bit of Friends merchandise - looking forward t seeing you for some crafting and shopping
