The Starksboro Historical Society will be meeting Thursday December 16th at 7 PM in the spacious First Baptist Church in Starksboro Village and all are invited to attend. Join the SHS for our first meeting in well over a year.

Meet other people interested in local history, from those who know Starksboro through wide and deep family ties, to those who just have a lot of questions, and all those in between. There is so much more to knowing a place, and thinking about its future, than just what we can see out our windows today.

Old cemeteries in town, historical reenactments in our region, updating the SHS website, elections of officers and your ideas are just some of the things on the agenda for this meeting. New members welcome!
