AGENDA
Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board will be holding its meetings via Zoom at least through the end of 2021, though Town Hall will be open and staffed for in-person participation, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:03 FY23 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Reviewing progress in the 2022-2023 municipal budget, considering COLA raises and other issues. Budget Committee to attend. Action unlikely.

5:40 Treasurer Report: updates on Town finances and other financial issues. Action possible.

6:00 Reviewing and perhaps modifying the Enhanced Energy Plan. (All changes must be made no later than 15 days before the January 4, 2022 Public Hearing, i.e., December 20, 2021). Action possible.

6:15 Dolan Road Downgrade: Considering whether to downgrade an 832-foot section of Dolan Road from Class 4 to Legal Trail and to approve the Report of the Select Board's Findings on said downgrade. Action likely.

6:20 Highway Report: updates on Town highways. Action unlikely.

6:30 Considering a town-wide COVID-19 mask mandate as permitted under Special Legislation signed by the Governor on November 23, 2021. Action likely.

6:50 Considering the WCUUSD's request that the Town mail out WCUUSD ballots for the March 1, 2022 School Meeting to all active-registered voters. All five towns in the school district must agree to this. Action likely.

7:15 Discussion re: the future structure of the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department and whether a question should be put to the voters at the March 1, 2022 Town Meeting. Action possible.

- Approving the minutes of the November 16 and November 30, 2021 Select Board Meetings. Action likely.
