Development Application in Your Neighborhood

At its upcoming meeting on December 9 at 6:30pm, the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.

Glenn & Ronalyn Cummings have proposed combining two lots at 23 and 24 Corporate Drive (within the Saxon Hill Industrial Park) to build 7 mini-storage buildings totaling 55,775 square feet.

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT: The Town currently requires visitors to municipal buildings to wear a cloth face covering, regardless of vaccination status, and to maintain 6-foot distance from others while in the building. Masks are available upon request.
