9:00 pm –Administration & Finance: Committees, correspondence & communications; Warrants & minutes; General updates and actions on grants, projects, strategic planning, finance etc.

9:10 pm – Budget, Capital Plan & Succession Planning: FY 22-23

9:40 pm – Selectboard Members' New/Other Business

9:45 pm – Adjourn
