The Planning Commission is in the 'home stretch' of finalizing all pending permitting decisions prior to the handoff of these roles to the town's soon-to-be-appointed Development Review Board. We have been advised all permits for projects whose hearings were already closed need to be decided and finalized prior to December 15. (Going forward, the PC will be focused primarily upon drafting updates to the Town Plan and Land Use regulations.)
Up for discussion at this week's Planning Commission meeting (no public hearings; these are deliberative sessions only):
* Review & markup of draft decision for O'Donnell - Donovan proposed subdivision (preliminary plan review) at 125 Lake Rd.
* Develop and finalize conditions for Trono and Nichols subdivisions (at 471 Fat Cow Farm Circle and 138 Morningside Dr., respectively).
The meeting will be held in person at Town Hall, and also available via Zoom. The agenda has been posted to the 'Meeting Calendar and Agendas' page on the town website, under the Dec. 2 meeting date. The agenda also includes links to the project pages for each of the projects that will be discussed. The public is invited.
