It's time to dust off that apron and preheat your oven! Hunger's Hard, Baking's Easy baking weekend has arrived!!
This weekend is the perfect time to show off your baking (or buying) skills for those in need in our community. Make your favorite family holiday treat, purchase some goodies from your local baker/grocer, or buy breakfast items (eggs, coffee, pancake mix, etc.) for the free breakfasts we support.
Please join your fellow friends, neighbors, and bakers as we prepare and donate baked goods to the Lamoille Community Food Share, Clarina Howard Nichols Center, The United Community Church in Morrisville (who provide free breakfasts every weekday) and Sweetwaters Restaurant in Burlington (for their free community Thanksgiving Day dinner).
DROP OFF DAY is this Monday, November 22nd at Stowe Elementary School, Stowe High School, The Body Lounge and In Company Clothing on the Mountain Road. Please have all donations SECURLY wrapped and delivered by 3:00 p.m.
