Come join me every Friday morning at 7:30am at the Charlotte Senior Center for meditation. End the week on a positive note or start your weekend on the right foot with meditation. I teach a simple form of seated, closed eye meditation. I'll also guide us in some easy to learn breathing techniques and end with a simple chant. The theme this week is gratitude.
