Thanks to all of those who attended the select board meeting and offers comments on the 2020-2030 Town Plan Draft. They have taken the comments under advisement. Now it's the Village Trustees who want to hear from you. The Town Plan functions as an aspirational document that town officials will use as a guide for the next decade. While the working draft represents the hard work and deliberation of countless individuals spanning the past year it is not complete. You still have time to clarify if it represents your vision of the future of Morrisville and Morristown. Sections outlined include: Policies Guiding Development and Future Environmental Protection, Transportation, Historic Scenic and Rare Resources, Land Use, Education, Energy, Housing, Economic Development, and Flood Resiliency.
