Calais Town Hall, 1662 Kent Hill Road The Calais Design Advisory Board will hold public hearing in accordance with 24 V.S.A.§§ 4384(d) and 4444 (Public Hearing Notice) for the purpose of reviewing Design Control District Guidelines.

1) Discuss Kents Corner/Old West Church Design Control District Guidelines and the U.S. Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Remodeling / Renovation / Restoration / Rehabilitation.
2) Schedule Informal Site Visit to 1164 Kent Hill Road (formerly Linda Chesaux parcel).
