Community Restorative Justice Circle

Past event
Nov 17, 2021, 6 to 7 PM

Join us on the third Wednesday of every month for our Community Restorative Justice Circle. Facilitated by Kayla Loving, Restorative Justice Coordinator at Spectrum Youth & Family Services, the circle is one of the most well-known restorative justice practices. Join with others to share a meal, stories, and to talk about what changes you'd like to see in the community.

Our first meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 17th from 6 - 7 PM.

If you have an interest in getting to know your neighbors on a deeper level, learning about restorative justice, and organizing for change in your community, consider joining us. Everyone is welcome, food provided. Interpretation can be made available with advance notice.

"Restorative justice is a philosophy and set of practices, rooted in indigenous teachings, that emphasize our interconnection by repairing relationships when harm occurs while proactively building and maintaining relationships to prevent future harm" (Amplify RJ).
